Booking Appointments

How to book an appointment:

  1. Create an account: Sign up for a free account to access booking features
  2. Search for labs: Use our search feature to find IVF labs in your area
  3. Browse services: Review available services and pricing
  4. Login to book: All bookings require authentication for security
  5. Use patient dashboard: Complete your booking through the secure patient dashboard

Note: For security and privacy, all booking must be done through your authenticated patient dashboard.

Managing Your Profile

Profile Management:

  • Update personal information: Access your dashboard to update name, email, and contact details
  • Medical history: Keep your medical information up to date for better care coordination
  • Notification preferences: Choose how you want to receive appointment reminders and updates
  • Security settings: Change your password and enable two-factor authentication

Billing Questions

Common billing questions:

When am I charged?

Payment is processed when you confirm your appointment booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Please see the cancellation section below for details.

Insurance coverage

Coverage varies by insurance provider. Please check with your insurance company and the lab directly for coverage details.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

Late cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-show policy

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

How to cancel

Cancel through your patient dashboard or contact the lab directly.

Emergency cancellations: In case of medical emergencies, please contact us immediately. We may waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.

Login Issues

Troubleshooting login problems:

  1. Check your email and password: Ensure you're using the correct credentials
  2. Reset your password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
  3. Clear browser cache: Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
  4. Disable browser extensions: Some extensions may interfere with login

How to Search for Labs

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Navigate to Search:
    • Click "Search Labs" in the main navigation menu
    • Or use the search bar on the homepage
  2. Enter Your Location:
    • Type your city, state, or ZIP code
    • Use the location filter to set your preferred distance
  3. Apply Filters:
    • Select services you need (IVF, egg freezing, etc.)
    • Set your budget range if applicable
    • Choose lab ratings and certifications
  4. Review Results:
    • Browse through the list of matching labs
    • Click on any lab to view detailed information
    • Compare services, prices, and reviews

Pro Tip: Save labs to your favorites for quick access later. You can do this by clicking the heart icon on each lab card.

Browse All Providers

Exploring our network:

  1. Access Provider Directory:
    • Click "Providers" in the main navigation
    • View the complete list of partnered labs and clinics
  2. Use Category Filters:
    • Filter by specialization (fertility clinics, diagnostic labs, research centers)
    • Sort by location, rating, or availability
  3. View Provider Profiles:
    • Each provider has a detailed profile with services offered
    • Check credentials, certifications, and patient reviews
    • View photos of facilities and staff information
  4. Connect with Providers:
    • Contact providers directly through their profiles
    • Schedule consultations or request information

Create an Account

Getting started with your EIVF account:

  1. Choose Registration Method:
    • Click "Register" in the top navigation
    • Select your account type (Patient, Healthcare Provider, or Lab Administrator)
  2. Fill Registration Form:
    • Enter your email address and create a secure password
    • Provide basic personal information (name, phone, location)
    • Accept our terms of service and privacy policy
  3. Verify Your Email:
    • Check your email for a verification message
    • Click the verification link to activate your account
  4. Complete Your Profile:
    • Add additional information like medical history (for patients)
    • Set your preferences and notification settings
    • Upload a profile picture if desired
